Challenge of the month - August 2025
Topic description
The aim of the monthly challenge is to perform the activity (move the arms forwards and backwards in a prone position - w-extension / raising and lowering one arm alternately in a kneeling position - arm raises in a kneeling position - raising arms and legs in prone position - superman hold) according to the suggested training programme (see appendix) in order to achieve a final number of repetitions on the last day of the month.
The load is progressively increased, with three levels of difficulty (easy-medium-hard) available.
